❗ IMPORTANT: All purchased plans are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance.
🧾 1. No Refund After Purchase
Once a customer purchases any plan (Monthly / Yearly / Credits), The payment will NOT be refunded for any reason.
- Wrong plan selection ❌
- User mistake ❌
- Account not used ❌
- Low usage ❌
- WhatsApp number banned ❌ (We do not control WhatsApp)
📌 2. Why Refund Is Not Possible?
Our API infrastructure instantly allocates WhatsApp cloud resources and server load immediately after plan activation.
- Server & API resources are instantly consumed ⚙️
- Technical setup begins instantly ⚡
- We cannot reverse already used credits / setup 🔄
🔁 3. Cancellation Policy
You may choose to stop using the service anytime, but:
- No cancellation fees ❌
- No refund after cancellation ❌
- No remaining credit refund ❌
⚠️ 4. WhatsApp Ban Notice
We do NOT take responsibility for any WhatsApp number ban due to:
- Spamming 🚫
- Bulk unsolicited messaging 📵
- Violation of WhatsApp Policies 📃
No refund will be issued for number ban.
